Returns and Delivery Policy

Return of Ready-Made Works

We comply with EU consumer protection legislation. If you purchased a ready-made icon from our catalog, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt.

• The icon must be returned in perfect (original) condition, completely undamaged, and in its original, secure packaging.

• The buyer bears the shipping costs for returning an item of acceptable quality.

• Refunds are processed to your account within 14 days after we receive and inspect the condition of the returned work.

Custom-Made Icons

Please note that custom-made icons (patron saint, wedding, measurement icons, non-standard sizes, or pieces with custom dedication inscriptions) are classified as personalized goods. According to EU law, such items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Before shipping your order, we always provide detailed photos and videos of the finished image so you can ensure its flawless quality.

Receiving the Order and Transport Liability

We pay great attention to providing multi-layered, secure packaging for every icon to ensure it reaches you safely. However, unforeseen situations can occur during courier delivery.

Since the shipments are not insured, it is absolutely crucial to check the integrity of the parcel at the exact moment of delivery:

1. Please open and inspect the order in the presence of the courier.

2. If you notice that the packaging or the icon itself is damaged, do not accept the parcel.

3. Be sure to file a damage report together with the courier, take clear photos of the defects, and contact me (us) immediately.

We can only quickly resolve the issue and compensate for the damage if there is an officially recorded report from the courier service. If you accept a damaged parcel without inspection and sign the courier's receipt, it will be impossible to accept any claims regarding damages.
