Lord Almighty (Pantocrator)

The image of the Lord Almighty (Pantocrator) occupies a central place both in the church iconostasis and in the home prayer corner of every believer, representing the very core of the Christian faith. Christ appears before us as the Heavenly King, the Righteous Judge, and the Savior of the world. On the icon, the Savior is depicted with a blessing right hand, which symbolizes His boundless mercy, love, and spiritual protection. In His left hand, He holds an open Gospel with the words: "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find." These lines serve as a great comfort, hope, and a direct call to sincere, living prayer. Prayer before the image of the Savior Almighty helps to find peace of mind, ask for help in all of life's endeavors, and find the right path to the light.
